Greta's Pilates

With over 20 years of experience, I offer Pilates classes to individuals, groups and coorporate organizations. For those that are living in Copenhagen I also offer 1:1 clinical pilates sessions with Pilates equipment and cooperate with medical practitioners (physiotherapists, chiropractors, orthopedics and osteopaths). Additionaly I also offer teacher trainings and retreat excursions in Denmark, Poland, Greece with my very own Pilates book as a training guide.
