Dorota Kobos Yoga

Dorota Kobos Yoga & Art is a personal website of my life activities which are yoga: practice and teaching, and my art: painting, drawing, printmaking, graphic design and photos. I lead regular yoga classes in polish and english. My favourite painting technique is watercolour. To practice yoga as well as to create art one need to connect to the true source of life energy and maintain it's smooth and even flow. Dedicating my activity to both yoga and art I find a real spiritual experience.
